Monday, April 8th, at 10 am marks the kickoff of the Subscription Renewal Process for Season Three of the Wasatch Speaker Series, Presented by Intermountain Healthcare1
If you are a current subscriber, you have until 11:59 pm on Friday, April 26th, to renew your subscription and guarantee your seats for Season Three. We advise acting soon as any additional requests (to move, upgrade, add seats, etc.) will be prioritized based on when your renewal order is submitted.
Here are the Renewal Instructions:
Subscribers who purchased online:
At the log-in screen, sign in using the account you created initially to purchase your subscription.
Review your order. You may also indicate if you would like to request to add seats, upgrade your seats, and/or make any other change to your seating. This is done in the ‘notes’ field.
Do a final review which will show your renewal order total, including pricing + ArtTix fees. Note: We've decided to keep Wasatch Speaker Series prices the same for Season Three. There has been a $1 increase from last year in the Salt Lake County Preservation Fee that is charged by ArtTix for each subscription seat.
You will also be able to view the Season 3 lineup of speakers and schedule.
Select the delivery method. We will be sending out tickets this summer, after the upgrade/add-on/priority waitlist accommodation period is completed. Rob will make an announcement via email and facebook about exactly when to expect your season tickets.
You may now enter your payment information to complete your renewal order.
If you have any issues renewing online, please call ArtTix at 801-355-ARTS and they will help you renew over the phone.
Subscribers who purchased over the telephone:
Please call ArtTix at 801-355-ARTS (2787). Hours are 10 am - 6 pm M-F and 10 am - 2 pm on Saturday.
Indicate to the Artix employee if you would like to request to upgrade, add seats and/or make any change to your current subscription. ArtTix will make note of any requests along with your order.
If you are requesting to upgrade, move seating location, and/or add seats for friends/family, you must first renew and lock in your current subscription seats.
Please keep in mind that we were sold out in Season Two with a substantial waitlist. We will therefore do our best to accommodate subscriber requests, in order of priority on the request list, based on availability.
My team and I will be begin reaching out directly to individuals on the priority request list immediately after the April 26th renewal deadline.
